Here is how we do it
RK Truck Dispatch works with Owner Operators and Small Truck Company's providing this critical transportation service. Our main goal is to keep our clients moving within their company parameters. We keep things as simple as possible. You our client will establish a company working profile outlining your needs and requirements.
We then use this profile in locating the best possible freight matches. The more company information we have the better we can be of service. All load options are giving to you. The biggest part of this, is that YOU make the final determination.
We have access to some of the largest load boards and have built a vast broker network over the years. So, if you are a single truck operation or have multiple trucks, we can come up with a package that can fit your needs.
Here is the process:
- Since we already know of your location, we start the searching process. We also have a daily email that goes out to our broker contacts with basic needs.
- Once we start coming up with possible loads, we will review them with you. We will try to give only the best rates offered to us for the lane.
- When a load is agreed upon by our client, we will make any final rate requests from you to the broker.
- Once all this is completed, we then will complete all necessary paperwork including ordering any insurance certificates to complete the set-up process.
- We then send you a copy of the actual rate confirmation and make sure you have all the information needed to get the load picked up.
- We store a digital file of every load handled and can email you a copy if you desire.
- We then go back to work on looking for your nest load.
We can assist you in your initial invoicing under your company name and billing address. Payment will NEVER come to us for loads you handle. We will invoice you per our Agreement in place.
