Getting started

We hope that we have been able to answer your questions and or concerns about our services and how they work. We feel we offer a vital transportation service. Please, if you have any additional questions feel free to contact us so wen can answer them for you.

Once you are ready, we will need to have the following completed before we can activate your account.

Completed Documents Needed:

* Completed Dispatch Agreement Form - Note this agreement does NOT have any length of time    limits or cancellation issues. We require this agreement to meet FMSCA regulations.

* Completed Dispatch Authorization From - This form allows us to represent you and your company in securing freight for you.

* Completed Company Profile - Please be detailed. The more information the better we can handle your needs.

* Equipment Data Sheet - If you have more than 1 truck, please use a form for each truck.

Documentation Provided By You:

* Copy of your authority.

* Completed W9 Form

* Insurance Certificate. We need to be listed Certificate Holder. Details are listed in the set up packet.

* List of Business References - If you are already established with any.
